Driven by a strong commitment to conservative values and effective organizational leadership, he relocated to Arizona to join Turning Point USA.

At Turning Point USA, Mitchell served in an Administrative Manager role, where he oversaw operational logistics, coordinated campus initiatives, and supported field teams working directly with college students. He played a key role in ensuring the efficiency and execution of student government efforts, campus programming, and constitutional advocacy initiatives, helping advance the organization’s mission at the administrative and strategic level.

In 2023, Mitchell began working with Americans for Prosperity (AFP), where he continues to advocate statewide for free markets, limited government, and individual liberty by supporting grassroots activists, policy campaigns, and coalition-building efforts across Arizona.

Originally from Maine, Mitchell began his political journey working on President Trump’s 2020 re-election campaign, where he gained valuable experience in grassroots organizing, voter outreach, and campaign operations.

Hannah Larrabee is the youngest elected Republican in Arizona, serving on the Fountain Hills Town Council.

She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's degree in both Business Law and Sports Business, and a certificate in Data Analytics.

She has 8 years of experience as an event planner and now works as a Voter Analyst at Turning Point Action for their Chase the Vote Program.

Hannah's service to MCYR has included serving as our Chair from June 2024 to January 2026, events committee leader from 2022 to 2024, Four Peaks YR Chair from 2022 to 2024, and Arizona YR Federation Secretary from 2023 to 2025. She continues to seek to help MCYR be the place that young Republicans go to find connection, friendship, and support in today’s high-temperature political environment, and is excited to transition predominantly to an advisory role, as she and her husband welcome their first child in April 2026.
