This new committee is looking for organized members to help vet and organize our current and incoming members, to ensure they meet the criteria for membership, and ensure they are placed in the local club of their choosing.

This committee's role is activated before an MCYR business meeting during which a vote may be held. This committee is typically comprised of 3-4 members, whos job is to verify the current voting membership leading up to the meeting, and check them into the meeting accordingly.
