This committee's role is planning, data prep, and team management, to activate MCYR for days of action.While all MCYR members are asked to join Days of Action, this committee is specifically meant to plan and organize those days.

This committee's role is activated only during times when a bylaw is being changed or added.

Typically this will occur annually or biennially leading up to our Convention.​
